Working principle of spiral sand washing

After the motor is decelerated through the V-belt and the reducer gear, it drives the impeller to rotate slowly. The sand and gravel enter the sand washing tank from the feeding trough, and are driven by the impeller to tumble and rub against each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel. At the same time, the water vapor layer covering the sand is destroyed to facilitate dehydration. Colleagues use the large flow of water in the water pipe to wash away the magazines and foreign objects with light specific gravity in time. The impurities and foreign objects are discharged from the overflow port of the washing tank to complete the cleaning operation of sand and gravel. The cleaned sand and gravel are taken away by the spiral impeller and poured into the discharge trough to complete the sand and gravel cleaning process.
